Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?'" Each year, University of Pittsburgh students and staff join Americans across the country to answer that question by coming together on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday to serve their neighbors and communities. This is the only federal holiday observed as a national day of service. Let's work together to make it "a day on, not a day off".

Register today to participate in the MLK Day of Service. You'll be able to indicate a residence hall or student organization which you would like to serve with on Monday, January 21.
