Bridge to hope was created to restore dignity, stability, and purpose to those who have served and those in need by connecting them with essential services, compassionate community, and a path toward wholeness. Through collaborative outreach in the heart of Pittsburgh, we build bridges- both literal and symbolic between people, resources, and renewed hope.
